I’m so thankful Spencer was recommended. We'd already spoken to a few realtors but when we met Spencer we knew he was the right one. He immediately started mentioning things to look out for that we didn’t even think about. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of a home, both inside and out. He researched every house before going to see it which saved us time and money by not viewing homes that had major issues. I both sold my home and bought a new one through Spencer in November of 2023. I found him to be easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable. He was always willing to see homes with me no matter how far away they were. He was helpful in pointing out issues that I may not have noticed and had good suggestions to solve problems and difficulties that arose. He sometimes thought of questions for our contractors that I did not. Spencer handled all of the details related to our transaction, even when the details didn't involve us directly. He did this so that we could get to our closing on time, which was much appreciated. This included helping the agent on the other side of the transaction and making sure that appraisals were made and directed to the appropriate officials.
