We were selling from out of town and no longer lived in the same city as our property. Spencer was our local contact and made it very convenient to sell from another state. Spencer was up to date on all the aspects of the condo building and was able to share his knowledge with buyers. He helped us make the condo more attractive to buyers and facilitated the installation of new flooring so that we did not have to return to Atlanta. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and he went out of his way to communicate with us so that we were aware of any concerns from any potential buyers. As first time buyers we came into this process with no prior knowledge. Spencer clearly explained the process and options at every step of the way. At each showing, he was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. His experience was evident as he pointed out very detailed differences between houses based on the year they were built, material, location, etc. Another perk of his experience is that he was able to help provide visions for each property that we visited.
