Spencer is incredible! He helped us expertly navigate the complexity of buying and selling homes simultaneously, and always set expectations with us along the way. Selling was smoother than we expected because of his suggestions when it came to staging, pricing, and open houses. We saw A LOT of houses during our buying search....a lot. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he approached every viewing fully prepared and focused on us as if we were his only client. We had tough negotiations for our purchase and we couldn’t have gotten through it without his guidance and expertise. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with Spencer. One of the truly great people we’ve come to know!
