What can I say about Spencer....he is absolutely the best! I found Spencer on our local Facebook page and the amount of people who suggested him as an agent was amazing. My husband called him up to set up an appointment and we had him come in to evaluate our home in no time. We sat with him and asked every question imaginable and Spencer was very knowledgeable as well as honest. I think that is one of the most important features to look for in a realtor and Spencer was honest in every aspect of the buying/selling process. Every step of the way Spencer kept us up to date. He listed our home on a Thursday and by the end of Sunday we had over 50 families come through our home, 11 offers were presented and he walked us through each and every offer to ensure we had the best outcome. Spencer was also our buying agent. We moved an hour away and out of his area, but that did not stop him from coming and seeing the home, offering his opinions, contacting local inspection companies, etc. He made both the buying/selling process easy, even though we ran in to a few snags along the way, he kept us informed and steered us in the right direction. I couldn’t possibly have enough positive things to say about Spencer Freedman! My fiancée and I had been looking for our dream home for months and were beginning to lose hope.
