I couldn’t possibly have found a better realtor. She was truly exceptional from start to finish. My son, who is an excellent and skilled negotiator, referred me to her—and that says a lot. He is not easily impressed, but he told me she was the best realtor he had ever worked with. After working with her myself, I completely understand why. Selling a property from a distance could have been stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and easy. She was organized, responsive, and always one step ahead. She coordinated vendors, handled inspections and pre-inspection items, and even provided staging at no additional cost. Her market knowledge and negotiation skills were outstanding. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, the property sold in just one day—and for more than asking price. She went above and beyond in every way, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did.
