My husband and I met Soryda at an open house in West Melbourne and I felt a connection to her right away due to her friendly, warm and caring nature. When she said “I am going to be your realtor”, I thought it feels right so why not. Being from NY, we didn’t really know the area although it seemed on the surface to have what we were looking for. Knowing this, Soryda spent an entire weekend not only showing us houses but also showing us the entire Melbourne area from West Melbourne to Rockledge so that we could be sure it was the place for us. We didn’t find the right house that weekend, however, we were able to decide that Melbourne was the right place thanks to Soryda. We had a long wish list that evolved over time, and Soryda was so patient with us during the 10 months of searching for the right home. It was a bit difficult looking for a house in Florida since we were living in NY, but Soryda made it easier for us. She was always in contact with us as new houses came on the market and spent many house taking videos of potential houses for us. When we did finally find “our home”, Soryda was able to convince the sellers to accept our bid although they received bids that were higher than ours. The actual process of buying the house went smoothly as Soryda was always there for us to answer questions that we had.

She helped us sell our home by staging our home for photos, answering ALL of our questions, and reassuring us we were positioning ourselves to be successful. Soryda is a super caring person who definitely wants the best for people. She is extremely reliable and keeps constant communication with you. Soryda has been an invaluable resource in our home buying journey! Soryda came highly recommended from an out of state realtor who “vetted” a bunch to help us find someone great and she surpassed all expectations! She initially helped us while we were overseas in Korea touring houses, video chatting and putting in offers from across the world! Highly recommend her for any out of town moves! Working between time zones and countries she didn’t miss a beat!! She was patient with us and wanted us to get what we wanted even if that took time! It did take time and after a few months of looking during the crazy ‘22 spring/summer we gave up until we could be there in person and she made sure we knew she was perfectly fine with waiting for us/with us! I don’t think she ever missed a phone call or text the entire time we were working together! She communicated clearly and before hand so if she knew she had a family even and would not be able to do showings or calls we knew!
