Sophie Tsang

As a first time buyer I was fortunate to work with Sophie and her team. I received clear, timely, responses to all my questions and she professionally handled all the negotiation challenges. Working with Sophie I was able to quickly find a property matching my search criteria without any pressure to buy making the process hassle-free.

When we decided that we wanted to buy our first home we wanted someone as our agent who can guide us through the process and knows the market well to give advice. I was introduced to Sophie by a very trusted friend. And now that the process is complete I can tell that having Sophie as your agent will put you one step ahead in the race. She is extremely knowledgeable about the bay area housing market and her no nonsense advice about what works and what doesn't made my job a lot easier and saved me a lot of time wasting from bidding war. She is a fast responder and anytime I have a question on something she will explain patiently. 2021 housing market is not an easy market for buyers, and we truly believe we got into a home that we like and are comfortable on price because Sophie was our agent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted hand to guide a difficult market.

Sophie Tsang has great local knowledge to help us to prepare and market the house. She gave our house great exposure and attracted multiple offers. Her team make the selling process very smooth. She kept us informed on the status and negotiated the best offer for us.
