It is hard enough to find, bid on and buy any home in this wild, fast sellers market but it is doubly difficult to find and help secure a purchase within 45 days of my rental home sale to meet the requirements of a 1031 Tax Free Exchange in this market. Well, we successfully achieved this goal last week, buying a newly finished new build home in my preferred location with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She ensured every detail as we got close to settlement and helped me complete the sale!

Sophie was invaluable in our search for a new home in Wilmington NC. We could not have done it without her. She was tireless in her efforts, checking and advising on many homes before we found the right one. She was awesome communicating with the seller's realtor, helping us set up the inspections and getting the mortgage and closing done. She did all the legwork for us as we were in North Dakota. Despite missing out on many houses, Sophie persisted until she found the right home for us. She helped us negotiate a fair price and guided us through all the aspects of closing in NC. Due to her efforts, we were able to remote close and it all went smoothly. After the closing, Sophie checked on the house many times for us as we were delayed in moving by the harsh winter in ND. She helped supervise some of the repairs like checking on the plumbers, the flooring installers and painters. I can't imagine a better agent than Sophie. We continue to get together for lunches and dinners in Wilmington. She's the best!
