I had the wonderful privilege of working with Sophie and Karen as I searched for a home. I was buying my home on my own, so I was nervous and pretty ignorant about the whole process. But they treated me with patience and grace. My questions and concerns were answered very quickly and they always took the time to make sure that I understood what was going on and felt comfortable. As we looked for places, Sophie and Karen were very diligent in finding places that “checked all the boxes” of what I was looking for. They helped me find a home that I love, could easily afford and was in the area I wanted. In the end, I am very happy and proud to have worked with these ladies and to have built the relationship we built. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Ms Stultz was detailed during each meeting, answered all questions, and always followed thru in every situation. I felt she anticipated my needs completely and was extremely comfortable during the entire process.

Sophia was very hands on, personable and she Listened. Most agents just show you crap. Ms.Shultz called and send my son and I. info on the condo I flew down to Florida said this is you. She was absolutely right. Done. I am so happy and she was just a gem. Thank you Sophia.*****
