Having moved to Southwest Louisiana in 2004, after having lived my entire life in Las Vegas, I immediately fell in love with the historic Southern-style homes and various architectural styles to be found in the Gulf Coast communities. I spent hours upon hours with my super-patient Realtor, seeing every option available to me, searching for my new home in Lake Charles. By the end of that process, I had already decided that a career in real estate was exactly what I wanted. I knew I would love being a real estate agent, and I really do...I love everything about it. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005, hit the ground running, and never looked back. Today I am one of the top-producing agents at Bricks & Mortar Real Estate Company and in Southwest Louisiana.
I predominantly work in Residential sales, but am also very experienced in land and commercial sales. I really enjoy the one-on-one time spent with my clients who are looking to buy or sale residential properties. There's no better way to get to know someone than sitting at their kitchen table, over a cup of coffee, discussing their real estate goals. I want to know why my sellers want to sell their home, what they want in their next home that they don't currently have. I want to hear the memories that they hold dear in the home they are selling, and I also want to know their financial goals in regards to the sale. From my buyers, I need other crucial information. I want to know in which areas they want to live, what is on their "must have" list and what is on their "wish list" (so I can try to find them a home that encompasses both). I want to know what my buyer is comfortable with price-wise because I want to respect their boundaries and never, ever, ever will I try to push my buyer beyond their comfort level.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my 18-year real estate career and look forward to 18 more!
