Sophia Kelley has done it again! My fiancé and I purchased our second property, our home, in March of 2019 with the incredible help from Sophia. We have used Sophia for both buying and selling two separate properties, and both times, she was absolutely excellent. Sophia has been a wonderful Realtor to work with. When the listing was posted on Zillow i called her and within minutes had an appointment to look at the house for the next morning. She met me and communicated very well via text to let me know her time of arrival. After seeing the home i knew i wanted to apply for it but it was a little out of our price range so I asked if she thought they would be willing to go a little cheaper. She said she could ask and get back to me. After talking it over with my husband we both sadly decided that we thought it would be best to go for a different house because the owner would probably choose someone willing to pay full price, which we told Sophia. Two days later she called me back and urged me to apply because she really thought that it would be a good fit for us and that she could get a good case for us. So we quickly applied and Sophia had the information to the owners and presented us very well and they chose us! And Sophia got them to lower the price for us! Needless to say we are very pleased with Sophia’s work and would recommend her to any of our friends and family.

Sophia is always available day or night. I have telephoned her as late as 11:00 pm and as early as 7:00 am. It is as if she is sitting by the telephone waiting for your call. She always answers. There were only two times that her voice mail picked up and she returned the call before I had finished my message. Sophia treats you as if you are her only client. She makes you feel as if all your worries and concerns belong to her. She is totally there for her clients. Sophia treats you just like family. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She has a very good working knowledge of the real estate industry. We followed all of her suggestions. Sophia held one open house and we immediately had three offers, all over asking. Two days after the open house we had two more offers. Sophia negotiated the offers and both potential buyers offered more.
