I wouldn't have know where to start AT ALL if she hadn't done that and I think she must have understood that many of us who have not been through the home buying process can feel that way. Sometimes a person can feel like they're bothersome when they have some questions or if they need someone to repeat information that they didn't fully understand, but Sophia and her team NEVER made me feel like I was a bother. I went through this process learning and finished full of knowledge.
