Sophea Pel is a fantastic agent that I highly recommend! She was my agent when I purchased my first house back in 2017. You don’t know a lot as a first time buyer but Sophea put me at ease and gave great advice. She’s attentive, proactive, knowledgeable, and honest. She’s never pushy. She tells you important information to consider before making a decision, which I love. She made the entire process of buying a home easy, which is no small feat! It wasn’t even a question to use her again when I bought my second home in 2021. Sophea is someone who goes above and beyond for her clients. She will listen to your needs and put your interests in the forefront. It’s hard to find an agent you can trust, especially when make a huge purchase like a home. Sophea truly went above and beyond as our real estate agent! She was very patient with us, adjusting as needed to all our various requests. When we couldn't be in-person, she took videos of the properties to send to us. During the contract phase, she helped us out with all the big and small details. And even after closing, she continued to take care of a bunch of tasks while we were in the process of moving. A stellar experience from beginning to end! And, she is just a nice person all around, to boot!
