She knew who to contact to getting things done: Interior painting, estate sale, landscaping, gardening service, staging, termite and pest control etc. She has a particular interest and eye in what looks good in the landscaping to make the house stand out and even bought some of the plants herself. During the hot streak she came daily to hand water the lawn and flower beds. She was very patience with me as it was my first time in selling a house in 50 some years. I would totally recommend her as the real estate agent to go to.
