Sonya Thompson was such a pleasure to have selling my home! She’s very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. The whole experience was stress free always building my confidence in getting the most for my home. It sold fast I would highly recommend her in fact there’s not enough stars here she deserves more.

Sonya was referred to me by a friend. I was selling my cousins house as she has a disease requiring 24/7 care that was not available at home. Her home was her major asset and we needed to maximize its sale income for future care. Sonya met with me on day 1 and recommended only minor modifications AFTER the junk got cleaned out. I questioned that as I would have done a major reno - quartz counters, new bathroom showers and vanities, new lights, etc. she said no! Just clean up the mess and do paint, carpet and spruce up the yard. She also recognized potential problems with the power of attorney docs so she reached out to several escrow/underwriters which turned out to be a godsend and avoided a disaster at the close. Title / Escrow Officer, Sara Finsten manager Linzy Turner, both with Stewart Title, really were exceptional in the details and accepting the POA that we had in place. Linzy also recommended a landscaper who turned out to be great and the painter/carpet guys recommended by Sonya were excellent! All of the vendors these folks recommended turned out to really finish off the project off nicely. In the end, the house sold in 1 day, closed in a couple weeks and we encountered NO issues during the sale process. Did I mention that she was ALWAYS responsive and her recommended asking price was 15% more than what I came up with and we still got 3% over that! Nothing but good to say about Sonya! She has provided the money that we need to care for my cousin for many years to come.

Sonya was very knowledgeable about all matters involved in selling my house. She worked with me every step of the way and was great at adapting to changing situations. All advice that she gave me was spot on correct. She skillfully helped me negotiate the best price in the market at the time of sale. She even helped me improve curb appeal when she personally added flowers to the front of the property. I do not know of any real estate person that would do that. She was always prompt in the execution of time sensitive on-the-fly decisions. She was especially articulate in explaining the complexities of transactions. Sonya was a delight to work with.
