Sonya Russell was recommended to us by a mutual friend. She was a friendly and compassionate agent who went above and beyond to help us out while we were selling our parents' house. Being from out of town while trying to sell the house, Sonya made herself available to help us in many different ways. One example is that she met the Junk Removal company for us when we were in the final stages of cleaning out the house. Sonya always responded in a timely manner to our texts and emails and was a clear communicator. She explained the selling process in detail and was able to procure a great offer for us within a week of the house being on the market. I would highly recommend Sonya Russell as a real estate agent.
