Sonya went to the homes we found online and did a facetime video to show us the inside and outside, and even recorded a video for us to watch later. She would research comps in the area to make sure we were in the ball park with our offer. She answered all of our questions promptly throughout the whole process. She helped us stay on track with HOA applications and other deadlines that had to be met. After closing, she gave us reputable vendors for painting and other service needs. We have tried to buy a house twice before this and it never worked out. But this time we found Sonya . Actually I knew from a couple years ago from the banking industry. But over the last 1-2 she has treated me as a customer never pressured me but would send sweet little gestures to remind me she was there when we were ready ( even delivering a fresh poinsettia to my front door at Christmas just because. ) she litteraly never made me feel like I was wasting her time even though I would say I need to see this now I know it’s the one and hate it as soon as I walked through the door!
