I recently had the most amazing experience with leasing a home for my family. Initially my goal was to buy a home, but time was of the essence and we needed to postpone buying for several months. Unfortunately, this left me in a compromised position because the home we were renting had been sold and we had just a little more than a month to find a place and move. In short Sonni Harvin was our hero!! What can I say, she was a Godsend! Not only did she get my house in a commitment to purchase in TWO days, she facilitated the purchase of my new home. There were several hurdles to overcome in the process, from managing the flood zone issue, getting the comps for the appraisal, to dealing with others who just were not committed to good customer service.
