I just recently purchased an awesome condo in a great community and location of Huntington Beach, all because I had the greatest realtor who was really in tuned to what I was looking for and my needs for finding the perfect home that fit me. Because of his previous experience of being a mortgage broker, he also had my best interest in mind when it came to helping me in my financing. Sonny helped us sell our home by giving us honest input such as de cluttering, providing great photos to list, he hosted the 1st open house August 11 and obtained a strong buyer by August 24, 2018.
