Sale of My House
I have used Sonny for a few transactions. I love his willingness to help his clients. Nice to have a person that will do the legwork for you. He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. For example: I was adamant about not having a lot of traffic come through my house and Sonny came up with a creative solution which worked out tremendously. Sonny knew I had certain goals and didn't push me to accept the highest offer but took time to go through all 10 of them to determine which was the best for me. I would work with Sonny again and if you want an honest, harding, very compassion person Sonny is your agent!
