Sonja Varese

Four or five years ago I had planned on selling my home at 24161 Landisview Ave, Lake Forest, CA and I contacted Sonja about the prospects of her listing the house. To make a long story short, I did not, at that time, list the house. That did not deter Sonja. Every four to five weeks she would stop buy and drop off the current listings and sales stats. Finally in July of 2015 I contacted her for advise and Ideas on preparing the property for sale. With her help I was able to successfully sell my house at a premium price. Throughout the listing period I was not locally available, so Sonja took it upon herself to arrange for the house to be staged, she planted flowers at the entrance, kept the lawn and fruit trees watered, and swept leaves off the driveway and patio so that the property would look lived in. In my opinion, Sonja exceeded my expectations of what would be required and expected of a real estate broker but rather what a friend would do to help. I would not hesitate, for a moment, to recommend Sonja.
