As must of us do while house hunting and find, “the one”… you get super excited and want to see the house immediately. Well, I clicked on the Zillow link, “contact agent”. Within 3 minutes I had a phone call from Sonja, a few minutes after that, we had the first appointment to see the house the very next day. After we toured the home, we knew for sure we wanted to put in an offer. Sonja helped us come up with a strong, but reasonable offer. This offer allowed us to go under contract in a multiple offer situation. We were ecstatic.
