Sonja is the utmost real estate professional and her expertise in real estate laws and her knowledge of the local market, enabled my Aunt to receive top dollar for her property. Sonja's negotiating skills definitely played an important part in the quick sale of the property (just a few hours) and we received multiple bids to review. She was very patient with our multitude of questions and always responded promptly (something that is hard to find these days.) Sonja's team also handled all aspects of the sale with a high standard of professionalism and also promptly responded to each of our requests. Overall, Sonja exemplifies what a true Realtor should be, a caring, understanding and respectful person, that made our experience less stressful and the outcome very rewarding.

Sonja found our home and we are so grateful to her! We were transferred to So Cal from the Midwest and traveling back and forth, so we would find houses and by the time we were actually here, the house had an offer. Sonja was willing to go to the showings and we would have a Zoom meeting and Sonja not only showed us the house, but the neighborhood as well as we had no idea.
