I was extremely fortunate to find Sonja Catlin as my real estate agent. Most agents will agree with your wishes while speaking to you, then basically do what's easiest for them. I was very specific on certain things I required and Sonja followed through on all of them, even though it would have been much more convenient for her not to. Most agents hate hearing, "I just have a few questions," but Sonja cheerfully answered every one of my questions, no matter how long the explanation took. According to the timestamps on her email and texts, Sonja literally worked around the clock for my benefit. Quite simply, Sonja is an excellent agent. She followed through on everything she told me. My only disappointment is that she is not licensed in two other states where I have to search all over again for a real estate agent.
