Sonia is a diligent professional, and this review follows her helping me with my 6th purchase in the Phoenix area. Sonia knows the neighborhoods, has good insight into the market, and other agents. She has advised me well in terms of avoiding pitfalls, expressed reasonable concerns about certain properties, and makes sure I know what I am getting into in those situations. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I have had one friend use her as his realtor as well off of my recommendation, and he was impressed and satisfied as well.
