Sonia was a pleasure to work with. We were fortunate that a family member that has purchased a few properties with Sonia, recommended her to us. With her advice and great negotiation skills we now own part of paradise; a place where we are able to enjoy Florida at its best. She is a great person and very professional. I would highly recommend her to everybody. I have only great things to say about her. She was very helpful and still is.

Sonia is the most Nice realty person to deal with.

She was patient, listened to my needs/wants. Great personality! Very professional! She showed me different areas and different style homes which helped my decision on where I wanted to buy a home.

I contacted Sonia Quesada to sell my condo for me and the experience was fantastic. She was very professional and I really liked the way she handled the process, the way she had buyers viewing my property daily until we got the price that I wanted. I have no words to describe everything. She’s a nice lady. If I can get her more clients, I will. Agents like her are hard to find these days. I have had other realtors but none of them are as good as Sonia. The price she sold it for was perfect. It also didn’t take her long to sell it.
