Sonia is hands down absolutely the BEST AGENT EVER!!! I would highly recommend her to assist you with your real estate transaction and there is no need to look any further. Believe me when I tell you this. We had a title issue which affected the sale of our home and Sonia was there to assist us, encourage us to stay positive and hung in there with us until it was SOLD! Any other agent would have bailed because it was a lengthy legal process. She stayed by our side and helped us find a new home construction. Again due to our legal issues it was not guaranteed that the builder would allow us to keep the contract in place, but WE HAD SONIA.
