Literally the only agent who could have gotten us our perfect house

Literally the only agent who could have gotten us our perfect house. We were working on a very short deadline to find, buy and close on the perfect house in a market where houses were flying off of the market within 24 hours. Sonia found our family the perfect home, in the perfect location, and at an amazing price. She also made sure that all of the fixes and upgrades necessary were completed before close and by the sellar. We literally house hunted, found a house, put in the offer, got the inspection, had the minor repairs made, and closed on the house within 6 weeks. It was a whirlwind and there is no one who could have accomplished this feat. If you are buying or selling a house- Sonia is not only outstanding at her job and really looks out for her clients- but she’s funny and witty and smart. Her personality made even the most stressful part of this move so much more fun! Sonia is your agent. She’s ours for life!
