I’ll start off by saying if Sonia is your real estate agent, consider yourself extremely blessed and fortunate! She was referred to me by a good friend who wouldn’t stop praising her. Sonia sold her house and found her the new one. When I started looking for a house in Sep, 2020, I found myself in the midst of a tough and challenging market, competing with numerous buyers, bidding wars, offers up to 70,000 above the list price, all contingencies waived & all cash offers. Having a limited budget, every offer I made ended up in disappointment. There were times when I almost decided to give up my home search, but Sonia wouldn’t let me, she always gave me hope & encouraged me to continue making offers, “you wouldn’t know until you try” that’s what she always said.
