Song Kim was born and raised in South Korea. Song and her family moved to Alameda where she graduated from Alameda High School. Song has lived in the San Ramon Valley for almost 27 years with her husband and son. Due to her Korean roots and her residency in California, she is fluent in both English and Korean.
Song continued her studies in Art and Interior Design. She received her AA degree from American River College in Sacramento and then further studied at San Francisco State University. She worked at Ethan Allen as an Interior Designer for more than 10 years and decided to own her own Interior Design Company for some time. Due to her love and passion for Design and Business, she gained soft skills of listening, humility, negotiating, paying attention to detail, and understanding the needs of her clients. Her passion for serving customer grew as she decided to continue her career in Real Estate since 2007.
Song is fascinated by the business of selling and buying houses. She loves to see her clients happy in their homes and continues to maintain relationships even after closing. Song believes that a home is where life stories are created and therefore takes pride in ensuring her customers are happy. Song continuously learns and tries to provide the highest level of service. She always acts with honesty and integrity to help clients buy and sell residential and luxury real estate in Alameda County, Contra Costa County and Silicon Valley.
In her spare time, Song also loves to give back to the community. Her love for animals allows her to find time in this busy day and age to donate time and money for animals in need. She is also an avid photographer and enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her family. Song likes to express her energy and enthusiasm through writing poem, stories, listening music, traveling, and dancing.
