Sondra has exceeded all of our expectations we had for a realtor. She was extremely patient with us due to us not knowing if we wanted to purchase an existing home or land. When looking for land, if we found a property we were interested in, she was able to get all of the information and details in an extremely short period of time. As soon as she found out the information, she would contact us almost immediately. She is very knowledgeable and made sure we had all of the information on the property before making a decision on whether or not to purchase it. Most of the areas we were interested in were in a flood zone. She knew how to explain elevation certificates, which indicates how high our house pad would need to be before building. Again, extremely knowledgeable!!! She made us feel confident on weather or not the properties were a good investment and what each property would require prior to building. She was not just trying to sell us any piece of land. She truly had our best interest at heart, and I truly admire and respect her for that! She is an extremely hard worker and it definitely shows!
