In November of 2021, we had the pleasure of meeting Sondra when she stopped by to inform us that the owner of the lot next door wanted to offer us the opportunity to buy the lot. We jumped on the chance. We have known the owner for 44years. Sondra also knew her from High School. Meeting Sondra that day was like running into a friend that we had not seen in a long time. She was extremely courteous, respectful and professional, We had met a new friend. In about seven days we closed on the lot. The lot was was in awlful condition. It looked like a hugh garbage dump. After years of wanting to move, I finally made the decision to do so.
