Sona was simply fantastic to work with - and all through the COVID-19 craziness. Of course I imagine all agents will take time to figure out what is most important to the buyer, but I think she went above and beyond and picked up on little comments we made throughout our showings. She found us our dream home, and we couldn't be happier. In addition, she organized everything from showings to lenders to inspections to insurance... again, perhaps that all comes with the territory, but she did it so seamlessly and with minimal effort on our part. Sona was amazing to work with! My wife and I were super picky on what we wanted and the location. Sona trucked through the snow with us, showed us dozens of houses all over the Madison Area, and was always available. We were actually probably a pain in the neck but Sona never complained and helped us every step of the way. We ended up finding our dream home in exactly the location we wanted!
