Hire Son Tran.... NOW!

Son has helped my family find several properties with great success so when I was going through a divorce, my ex-wife and I did not hesitate to hire Son to sell our home. Son not only kept the process smooth, but he made it easy to understand since we were first-time home sellers. He was able to sell our house for a great price and kept us well-informed every step of the way. He was so great that I think my ex-wife hired him to find her next home! Thanks a million, Son!!!

Very helpful

Son Tran is very professional and knowledgeable . He has very good knowledge about real estate market thanks to his dedication over the past few decades. He prioritizes my interests in every situation and gives me insights to help me make the best decision. I am overly happy with Son’s representation in purchasing the house I like. After my first review, I got a phone call from my agent and explained him in details the reason of my reviews. I discussed my concern that we were told to pay premium price of $888,000 (approx $20k above the listing price) and we understand that it was our decision but : - the quality of the house was way below what we were told and given. - After We had final walk, the owner removed some items and also damaged the property and left it in a bad and dirty shape. - They left their trash and empty boxes which we cleared on our house warming day before we start any religious ceremony. - At a very later stage, it was brought to our attention that agent has no detailed knowledge of this property. The shocking responded we got : - THE SELLER IS ALSO NOT HAPPY AS HE HAS TO PAY HUGE TAXES ON THE MONEY HE MADE FROM THIS PROPERTY. Per my understanding, the person get taxed based on the income. Why this is communicated to us? - HE (AGENT) DID NOT GET THE FULL COMMISSION. We were told multiple times that he (the agent) is favoring us by sacrificing the commission. And per understanding commission is part of the agreement between seller and the agent. We never asked him for this sacrifice but know that having one common agent helps all parties, the seller, the buyer and the agent which was discussed in the beginning and put in writing on the agreement. We were told few times that we are giving him hard times by asking too many questions which later on we learned that the agent didn’t do full work on the details on the property. Any buyer putting almost $900K will certainly would like to know the complete details. We adjusted due to seller’s market then. FYI, we are still spending on fixing the property after paying the premium price which the agent is not concerned at all (per our telephone conversation). Suggestion - the agent, middle man, can get us $100,000.00 back from the seller and this way seller can save the tax money.
