Sommer Barlow

Right off the bat, Sommer’s patience and disposition to work with me was exceptional! I am a first time home buyer and at first I was fearful and uneducated on the matter, but she never diminished me and always treated me with respect, equipping me with the contacts and tools to get informed decisions. She was typically available and always displayed genuine attention to my interests throughout the whole process. One highlight while working with her, was that she presented to me some financing options that I didn’t even know that existed, which was key to my now affordable monthly payment. A second highpoint was the time when negotiating my offer, the seller was standing his ground, but she never backed out and that helped me getting what I personally felt it was fair. One last thing is that the whole buying process was quick, starting from the moment I hired her services until the closing date of the house I liked it took only a month and a half. I'm thankful she was in my corner!

Our buying experience with Sommer was excellent! She was extremely patient with us (we asked a million and one questions) & encouraging to us throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable, passionate, and honest. Sommer is also a fantastic communicator as we never felt left in the dark about anything. We highly recommend her and will be using her again!
