She pointed out pros and cons of one area compared to another, in regards to traffic, taxes, highway and airport accessibility. She was always prepared and knowledgeable about all the properties she showed us. She was calm and professional in all aspects of the settlement process. She was very organized and knowledgeable with all the paperwork we needed to complete to meet the settlement deadlines.
