Smitha helped us get our first home and we are really happy to find and work with her. She showed us a 2 bed and a 3 bed, explained the differences in tax, association fees, price and property details, that was very valuable for us as we didnt had any experience with buying the house and the costs associated in owning a home. She have put our interests before hers in every aspect and we appreciated that very much as that attitude mattered a lot for us. Smitha also went through the schools districts and the ratings and helped us own a home in one of the best schools districts in Michigan. She was very responsive, we were able to give an offer and sign the agreement with the seller the same day. We were expecting a baby and needed a home really fast Smitha really helped in that aspect by expediting things where possible. Will work with her again in the future when we upgrade from a condo to a house.

She is very knowledgeable and patient, Smitha's recommendations,thoughtful acts and faster response has really helped us secure the deal and buy the property. She puts her clients first before her commission and suggests what is best for the client than her, we really appreciated that as we didn't had lot of experience in the real estate transactions. We refer her to all our family and friends all the time because of the experience we had with her.
