Buying a house is an overly stressful experience, but having Sly to navigate the waters made things so much easier. Sly made himself available to answer any questions I had, even outside of normal business hours. We had an issue with the first home we tried to purchase and we decided it might be best to look elsewhere. I was never pushed towards homes out of my price range. But after deciding that may be in my best interest Sly found a home I had always envisioned for myself. Not getting the original home was a blessing in disguise. I am closer to work, friends, and shopping here and the house has so much more character. We settled for asking price when it was agreed that several repairs would be made as well as installation of a new furnace and water heater. It’s reassuring to know that I won’t have to deal with replacing either for many years to come, allowing me to get ahead of things. I am very grateful for my experience with Mr. Tyler. I would recommend him on charisma alone. But his willingness to set up dozens of viewings and his knowledge of the market, homes, and neighborhoods made it that much better. He’d point out flaws rather than glorify the good, making sure I was aware of what I’m buying and what would need to be addressed. Appreciate your commitment and hard work Sly,l.
