Even after we left the West Coast to return home to the East Coast, Chad continued to work hard to ensure we were able to communicate with the broker and get our dream home near Seattle. He contacted the neighbors and checked in on the house to ensure we were in a position to purchase a home that was structurally sound and in great condition.

Choosing Slayton homes to be a part of our team was the best decision we could have made during our first home buying experience, aside from the beautiful house itself that we now get to call ours! Buying your first house is SCARY, and buying a house in this hot market made that concept that much scarier. We may have known nothing about the process of purchasing a house when this all began, but the one thing we did know was how important it would be that we chose a real estate team that was on our side, and would guide and support us through this overwhelming and huge life event. Chad and Kim Slayton were everything and more we could have hoped for! Somehow they managed to take the concept of diving into the cutthroat, competitive market in our area and hopefully coming out the other end owning a home to call ours...and make it a surprisingly exciting, and achievable reality for our family. These guys are a rockstar husband and wife team, their ability and experience in real estate is outstanding and I truly think they blow the majority of other agents in our area out of the water. Despite the business aspects of buying a home, I was blown away by so much more than just the tools and tricks of the trade they had down to a science. I could write a whole separate review on all the outstanding real estate related obsticals they hurtled over with ease for us, which was amazing dont get me wrong. Personally, outstanding real estate skills aside... the biggest reason, and what I would assume is extremely important to most people whether you're a first time home buyer that's a bit timid like we were, or a retired couple looking to sell your home. For those from all walks of life, the reason I would reccomend Slayton Homes to ANYONE and EVERYONE, is their hearts.
