Skye was the best agent for us as out of state buyers in a low inventory market!! Not only did he make himself available the day after traveling from being out of the country to show us one house while we were impromptu in town, he also toured homes with us virtually while we were away as soon as they hit the market. He went to bat for us during negotiations and in a sellers market we benefitted as buyers having Skye on our team! I had the good fortune to meet Skye during a recent visit to Manitou Springs. I had found a vacant lot I was interested in, but after days trying to reach the sellers agent, I walked into Manitou Springs Realty and met Skye. He was about to leave the office, but instead stayed and discussed the property with me and from that point forward, managed all of my questions, and the entire transaction seamlessly. I left town just two days after that, but Skye is an excellent communicator - and we managed the entire sale without a hitch. It was a small dollar sale, but there were some complexities with soil testing, easements, historic preservation oversight etc. Skye helped me through every bit of it, and gave me the same service I would have expected for a much larger $$ sale.
