I travel for work and Sky had set up 12 houses to view in one day for my limited time. I put in my first offer on a home but did not come to an agreement. While I was traveling Sky saw a house that just came in the market and knowing I was over seas called me on Facetime and walked me through the house. It was exactly what I was looking for and great neighborhood. There were 5 other offers in the house so Sky advices me on where to come in. My offer was accepted. We found out latter that I was not the highest offer but they took mine because the listing agent felt Sky has really good work ethics and communicated very well with them. They felt from her that working with us that things would go smoothly, and they did. We closed on time!! Thank You Sky!!!
