I was tasked with being the head on searching for a home out of state for me and my family. I found Skipper through searching on Zillow.  He reached out right away. (The first hour or so of looking). He introduced himself and let me know his qualifications. He was upbeat and charismatic. It was important to me that he understood exactly my intentions and plans/goals both me and my husband set. I was "just looking" and had a goal of purchasing a full year from that point.  Not only was Skipper totally fine with that, he understood.  He gave us search engine's to help us narrow down the areas that fit my family the best. Skipper was always available to view houses with me whenever I was in town.   He prepared a viewing schedule and had detailed information for each home. He did this every visit. Because Skipper knew what I was looking for; he was able to step in when talking to "pushy" sales agent.   His knowledge of the structural build definitely was a plus.

Working with Skipper was great; he was willing to show us several houses and worked diligently to protect our best interests through the offer and purchase. We would gladly work with Skipper again and highly recommend him.

When my husband and I were moving to the Atlanta area from New England, we had very little time to locate our new house. Skipper was diligent in listening to our needs and sending us listings he thought would be of interest. He even did virtual walk-throughs of homes by video calls. When we were able to come down in person, Skipper went on a marathon 36 hour tour and found us the perfect home. His knowledge of the area, the market, and financing was top notch!
