The best I ever worked with

Our house was sold in an "as-is" condition. Skip guided us on setting the price and I think the asking price was pretty close to optimal. That is, we got three offers, and Skip handled the negotiations fairly and skillfully so that we ended up above the asking price. It was a somewhat delicate situation where we needed someone with experience and knowledge to handle things. There were three types of possible buyers: people who would purchase the home and live in it right away fixing it up over time, churner types who would remodel the place and of course builders who would tear it down and start from scratch. As it turned out, the only bidders were basically the churner/remodelers. I thought Skip did a very good job of negotiating the final price and he was easy to work with all along the way.

Skip is helpful and full of integrity. We have bought and sold several properties with Skip and he always puts our needs and interests ahead of his own.
