Being in investor for over 40 years I must say that Skip Stumper is one of the kind in he's line of work , Very knowledgeable straight forward and down to earth with he's sense of honesty !

Even though Skip Stamper was not our agent, but the buyer's since we listed our house by owner, he kept us informed on the process and was extremely helpful from the beginning to the closing.
