In mid-November my wife found this property and made arrangement with Skip to see it and a few other listings. When my wife drove up to see it, the sellers had pulled it off the market. I told Skip if this property came back on the market that I wanted to be 1st in line to see it. The day before Thanksgiving, my wife found it back on the market and I called Skip to verify. He had no idea it was up for sale again. Not good imo. After closing, Skip had me drive up on a Friday to get keys. There were no keys to give out, only combos to get in front door and garage as the sellers packed all keys on garage door openers. I wasted an entire day (including gas money) of driving (7 hours) to get combos when this could have waited until the following Monday when I had to be there to turn on gas. After moving in I realized the refrigerator was not making ice. I called Skip to reach out to sellers realtor to contact the sellers to get info on how to turn on water for ice maker. After a few back and forth texts, Skip suggested I call a plumber. I didn't feel I should have to call a plumber when a simple phone call from Skip could have possibly resolved the problem. I still have no ice making capabilities as I write this. Other than that Skip was very responsive and a true professional throughout my buying experience.
