Skip helped me buy, and many years later, sell lot 29 in Mallard Point.

When I decided it was time to sell my wooded lot in Mallard Point, on Red Mill Pond, I immediately called Skip Faust. Much higher than I expected, but he explained why this was the right price, for this location, at this time. There was a lot of interest and many offers. We had several cash offers, one of which was willing to go over the asking price.
