Skip gave us a lot of home options to choose from. He went above and beyond what I expected. He was very thorough, told us the pros and cons of various homes and neighborhoods, and he always went to the property to meet with an inspector or the seller’s agent when needed…plus he always had a positive and friendly manner.
Skip and his team were superb to work with! I moved in from out of state for work with my wife and 1 yr old and they sincerely made this process as easy as possible. We were able to land a house quickly, which was a blessing in this market. Once we landed the contract, Skip and his team walked us through every step of the way while still living out of state. I found Skip on YouTube as he has an informative channel All About Albuquerque, New Mexico. From the start, Skip and David were there for us from the texting, answering all of our questions to the negotiations and finally closing on our wonderful house. It was so nice to know they had our back and knew what they were doing through the whole process. We can't thank y'all enough for the peace of mind we had from start to finish.

I found Skip and co. though his YouTube channel (tinyurl.com/2jtypfb6) during my 2021 home search. His reviews, personality, and love of the area all shone through, and got me excited to move back to the area. In my initial conversation with him he took the time to get to know what I was looking for, what was important to me, ect. He even took two days of his time to show me around town, sticking closely to my requirements, and even guided some of the conversation with the agents as it was my first time buying a house. Though the YouTube channel is fun and his knowledge of the market in ABQ is exceptional, that is not the reason this is a 5 star review; nor is it the reason I cannot recommend Skip and team enough to those of you from out of state. After I selected a home and during the process, Skip was more than generous with his time - he would send me more pictures of the house in the various stages of construction - I think I got more pictures from him than the builder themselves. Since I was out of state for the entirety of the build, Skip would attend all the new home walk throughs for me, setting up video calls with me so I could walk along too. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the timeline, often alerting me on changes before the builder did. In truth, he became my eyes and ears here in NM while I couldn't be. However, the real reason this is a 5 star review is because he went above the call of duty when things turned south. He shook the tree pretty hard and tracked down the right people who were able to help me out. If it were not for Skip and his team being so closely involved in this, it would have all fallen apart.
Skip really handled all aspect of the sale wonderfully. Our sale was an estate sale so we were not able to be present continuously from initial marketing through to the closing. Skip truly provided full service representation from dealing with negotiations on price, terms, inspections and repairs. We wouldn't hesitate using Skip again.
Skip and his team (Amanda) have been great to work with finding a new home in Rio Rancho, NM. Very knowledgeable helping with big moves across the country, for me, Tennessee to New Mexico. I flew out and met with Skip/Amanda and looked at several neighborhoods, existing as well as new construction. We did several video calls so I could get a good visual on properties and get his input on what he thought about possibly homes I was interested in. Skip also helped me get connected with a local lender who was also great to work with on getting the financing side squared away. This positioned me to make an offer as soon as I found a home that checked all the right boxes. Skip also provided feedback on the logistics to get all my stuff out to New Mexico. This included furniture, three vehicles, and a camper. Ultimately I ended going with PODS for furniture which Skip had recommended from the start. Everything got to NM on time and in one piece, literally no casualties. Two cars needed to be transported using cross-country auto transport company. I ended up driving my truck, pulling a camper, 1200 miles from TN to NM. Not exactly fun but part of the adventure. I'd definitely recommend working with Skip and his team if you're planning a cross-country move to NM.

outstanding Our͏ family, after many years of looking for a new place to relocate within the United States decided to move across country from Saint Louis, MO to Rio Rancho NM. Skip and his team made this exceptionally easy for us. They were able to show us many houses virtually and help us really get a feel for the homes and what we should offer to be successful in purchasing a home in a tight market. We ended up buying a house in Rio Rancho we didn't set foot in until the final walk through. It could not have gone better.
