To Whom It May Concern, During our initial search process of buying a home in Florida, an old friend referred us to Sirley. As a former broker in CA and CO for over 25 years, also being a developer and an investor for even longer with an excess of couple of hundred transactions worth of experience, I admit being more apprehensive about the hiring process of our agent, than the actual home purchase. Our buying process quantifies as relatively complex, nonetheless during all her multiple functions throughout the process, Sirley was overserved applying an unparalleled determination truly second to none. She maintained an impressive demeanor, displayed an extra ordinary level of patience, and demonstrated a strict adherence to the code of ethics. She consistently maintained an outstanding level of communication through the entire transaction process to insure that our purchase would close successfully, as scheduled. As most buyers with specific requirements, especially repeated buyers, I consider my wife and I not only discriminating, but also veteran buyers. Shirley’s performance was flawless.
