I worked with Sionann to pick out an investment property. She was great to work with. After I explained my budget and ideal property, she found several great candidates very quickly. Then I changed my mind and went in a completely different direction, and again Sionann was super-helpful and easy to work with. Going through the bidding and purchasing process was quick and painless and I am now happy owner of my first investment property. Sionann knows a ton about the northeast Ohio real estate market and also had great tips for me about being a first-time landlord. You could do a lot worse than working with her.
