I worked with Siobhan and Phil Cline to sell my mother's condo in Jupiter, FL. They were fantastic agents to work with, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Siobhan did a great deal of research for comparable units and prices, helped us come up with a reasonable listing price, and went above and beyond the call of duty in regards to the showing and managing of the property as it was for sale, given that we were working on the sale from out of state. We received an offer on the condo is less than 2 days, Siobhan helped us work out concessions from the inspection painlessly, and the condo sold for a little more than we were expecting for it in the first place.
